We collect the information you submit in an event application, your member profile, event attendance and payment state, and messages you choose to send through the platform.

How we use your information

We use it to review applications, operate events, create approved member accounts, process payments, send event communications, and provide the paid-participant directory. Your profile is only shown to paid participants who share an event with you and authorized administrators.

Data and service providers

Application data is stored in our PostgreSQL database. Payment and email providers process the information needed to deliver their services. We do not sell member data.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting [email protected]. Some transaction records may be retained where required for accounting or legal obligations.
